Dwellverse is the marketing website for Dwellverse Group, a technology-driven real estate brokerage serving Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. The site is designed to convert visitors into leads through market-specific landing pages, neighborhood guides, and interactive tools.
The site features hundreds of programmatically generated pages — individual ZIP code pages, city pages, neighborhood guides, and market reports — all with unique Schema.org structured data (RealEstateAgent, FAQPage, HowTo, Organization, BreadcrumbList) for rich search results.
Built as a JAMstack site with vanilla HTML/CSS/JS and Firebase Hosting, it achieves fast load times through WebP images with JPEG fallbacks, lazy loading, and CDN distribution. The CMS integration pulls dynamic content from Firestore, and all lead forms are protected with reCAPTCHA v3.
